A video that has inspired me
A friend of mine shared this video with me. It was my first introduction into Kundalini Yoga.
This exercise is meant to get your qi flowing and activate your chakras, especially the root chakra. I like it because it allows me to strech and tap into my creative energy while also facilitating a quiet mind. Nice precursor for a meditation. It also helps me with shoulder mobility and upper body strength. Might be good for your upper body as well. Some of the exercises are hard. Try to do them as long as you can.
Kundalini Yoga gets a little weird when it comes to the groups that form around it in the US. But the root of this style of yoga can still be helpful for deep work.
