Classical Hatha Yoga Postures

The traditional number of asanas is symbolically 84, though the Hatha Yoga Pradipika (15th century) describes only 15 postures in detail, with four being considered most important: Siddhasana, Padmasana, Bhadrasana, and Simhasana (Asana - Wikipedia)
