Yoga Bandhas and how to cue them
How to cue the bandhas:
- Uddiyana Bandha
- Pull the belly in and up.
- Breath out all the air you have.
- Mula Bandha
- Pull on your pelvis as if you were plucking on a piece of cloth (show it with a real piece of cloth).
- Recreate the sensation of stopping peeing.
- Hasta Bandha
- Spread all ten fingers wide and imagine suction lifting the center of your hand up.
