Yoga flows and ideas I want to do
I add ideas to this running list whenever they pop up.
Sept 24

in upright seat, breath air into belly, hold air in belly by closing throat.
- then, stretch to the right and left with your head toward the knees.
- feel the air in the belly expanding into your ribs

meditate for 20 min. don't move at all. feel the tensions.
- then, do yoga based on pains and desires felt for 20 min.
- closing together 20 min (instructor may include poses that others were doing).
